How does TrialPay know I completed the offer? 

Provided you visit our advertising partners from within the TrialPay checkout, we are notified directly by our partners when you successfully complete an offer. 

How long does it take to receive my confirmation? 

In many cases immediately - although it may take a few minutes for your email to be delivered to your inbox. Some partners require additional time to process your transaction. We always let you know during checkout how long this will take so there are no surprises. 

I have not received my confirmation email

Your confirmation is sent to the email address you specify during your TrialPay checkout. Please make sure you check your bulk/spam folders to ensure the email is successfully delivered to your inbox.

The fastest way to resolve any problem is to visit our online receipts system. A link to this system is included in the welcome email we sent you during the checkout process.
